Year 11 and 12 Parent Student Teacher Interviews

When: Thursday, 20 June

Time: 3:40pm - 5:00pm

Duration: 10 minute interviews

Booking period: Monday, 3 June: 5:00pm – Monday, 17 June: 5:00pm

We are currently reviewing our reporting and interview processes.  Based on the number of last year’s bookings, the time of this year’s interviews is between 3:40pm - 5:00pm.  

If you are unable to attend during this time, please contact the College on 64958888 and your child’s class teachers will make contact with you to discuss your child’s learning and progress.

We are all looking forward to the Year 9 Canberra Camp on June 26-28. The below information will assist in your preparation for this exciting College event.

7:00am Depart for Canberra Lumen Christi
7.30am Pick up from St Pat’s Bega
12:00pm Lunch (all to provided own)
12:30pm Questacon - Guided Tour
3:30pm The National Museum Australia – Discovery Ancient Egypt Exhibition –
5:30pm Australian Institute of Sport – Guided Tour & Sportex
7:30pm The Capital Airport Motel Dinner and activities

10:00am Parliament House - Parliamentary Education Office

Requirements
Please ensure you bring the following items:

  • Packed lunch and snacks for the first day
  • Toiletries
  • Towel
  • Comfortable warm clothes for three days
  • Warm jacket – It is cold in Canberra at this time of the year!
  • Comfortable walking shoes (no thongs or sandals)
  • A ‘day pack’ containing hat and refillable bottle of water

 All bedding will be supplied by the motel. There is no need to bring sleeping bags or pillow.
 
Please note that all meals and snacks after the first day are included in the excursion cost so spending money is not required. However, students may wish to bring additional snacks if required or a small amount of money for souvenirs/extra food throughout the excursion.
 
Mobile phones will be permitted during the day on the excursion. Please note that all mobile phones will be collected by teachers each evening.
