Note : The 2023 Primary Swimming Carnival will be held on Thursday, 2 February 2023.
Dear Parents/Carers
Parish Christmas Eve Family Mass at St Joseph’s Church, Merimbula, 4:30pm - 6:00pm
Please fill out the below survey if you and your children will be attending the Christmas Eve Mass at St Joseph’s Church, Merimbula, 4:30pm - 6:00pm by 4:00pm on Friday, 18 November 2022. This year, Fr Rex Curry will be celebrating the Mass as our new parish priest, Fr George doesn’t arrive until early January. Children will process in with Fr Rex, sit up the front of the Church and enact a Nativity dramatization in place of the Gospel reading. Children will also bring up the Offertory and read the Prayers of the Faithful.
College Thanksgiving Mass on Friday 9 December, 11:30am - 12:30am
At our College Thanksgiving Mass, all primary children will be involved in the Nativity dramatization, singing Christmas Carols.
Kinder, Year 1 and Year 2 Away in a Manger
Please bring in a brown, black, red, orange or yellow shirt to wear. We will provide animal masks.
Years 3 and 4 Gloria Medley
Please bring in a white shirt. We will provide tinsel halos.
Years 5 and 6 We Three Kings
Please bring in a bright, colourful shirt. We will provide crowns.
Family and friends are welcome to attend our College Thanksgiving Mass and we’d love to see you at the Christmas Eve Family Mass to celebrate the joy of Christmas.

We would like to extend a warm welcome to Parents and Carers to our Semester 2 Awards Ceremony to be held Wednesday, 14 December 2022 in the College Hall.
Parents and carers of those students receiving awards will receive an email notification prior to the Awards Ceremony. Students who are receiving awards should wear full College summer uniform. Should there be any changes to the arrangements outlined above you will be notified by Skoolzine.
Student reports will be released to parents and carers via Sentral, email or hardcopy by 4.30pm on Thursday, 15 December 2022 as follows:
- Kinder to Year 6 - Academic reports will be sent home with students (paper copy).
- Year 7 to 11 - Academic reports will be emailed to parents and also available on the Sentral Parent Portal.
Reports will not be ready for release prior to these dates.

Dear Parents and Carers
Bega Valley Shire Council have advised they are upgrading the Floodlights at the AFL field adjacent to Lumen. Contracters have commenced work and will be excavating the perimeter of the field next week. As a result there may be disruptions, limited or no access on occasion for cars to perimeter of AFL field where parents drop off and pick up students, and a pole gate at this entrance will be erected. Where necessary please make alternate arrangements to pick up students.
