2021 Stage 5 Elective Selection Information
To ensure you and your child receive all the information required to make informed electives selections the College will be holding a Subject Expo for Year 8 and 9 students on Wednesday 26 August 2020 (during school time). Due to COVID-19 restrictions the Expo will be for students only.What is the Subject Expo About?
The focus of the Expo will be elective preferences for the next two year's of your child's study at Lumen Christi. It will include presentations from our curriculum leaders and faculty experts, an information session and time to explore various subject displays.
VIRTUAL PARENT STUDENT TEACHER (PST) INTERVIEWS
There will be an opportunity to parents/carers and students to discuss elective options at Year 7-10 Virtual PST Interviews on Tuesday, 20 October 2020.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions interviews will be held via video conferencing using the Zoom platform.
Recordings of PST Interviews are not permitted due to privacy issues.
Bookings for these interviews can be made via your Sentral Parent Portal. The Portal will open for bookings at 5:00pm on Friday 25 September 2020 and close on 3:00pm on Thursday 15 October 2020. The Parent Portal can be accessed via https://sentral.lumen.nsw.edu.au/portal/login.

This Booklet contains elective course outlines for Stage 5 electives. Some Stage 5 electives will be combined Year 9 and Year 10 classes. More information on each of these elective subjects is available at NSW Educational Standards Authority Website

Ready to Submit your Elective Selections?
As soon as you've made a decision about the electives you'd like to study you will need to complete and submit the 2020 Online Elective form. Web codes for login to the form will be emailed to student email addresses. Students can also try the webcode reset to access the online form. Subject selections are due on Wednesday, 9 September 2020.
